Maarten Zeinstra is a lawyer and information professional (IP-Squared). He works in the public sector to increase access to information, knowledge and culture. He is the national coordinator for the Knowledge Rights 21 programme, Copyright coordinator for the Netherlands Association for the archive sector and Chair of the association Open Nederland.
